• to the public and will exclude returnable schedules and appendices; and
• registered entities in its entirety.

To register for the Invitation for EOI (including to request and receive clarifications) and to submit an EOI, an entity must either have registered to participate in the EOI process.  Alternatively, where the entity is a consortium or other such group, at least one of its members must have registered to participate in the EOI process.
 
There will be a non-refundable fee of AUD$5500 (GST inclusive) payable for registration.
 
Please note that registrations made from 21-31 December 2009 will not be processed until January 2010.
 
The registration process is designed to ensure that entities participating in the EOI process are bona fide bidders for the Operator Franchise PPP and they are subject to the confidentiality obligations contained in the terms and conditions of registration.
 
Registration will remain open until 5.00 pm AEST (Queensland) on 24 February 2010.
 
Following registration (including payment), registrants will receive:

• access to an electronic data room established or the EOI process; and
• via the data room, the Invitation to Expression of Interest, with Returnable Schedules and Appendices
